EVENT OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT covers the knowledge and understanding of planning and management skills of an event. Effective planning and preparation are crucial to the success of an event, therefore students are required to prepare the necessary skills by learning event budgets, setting event objectives, planning and managing a successful event. This course leads students to look at the operational and marketing plan as well as managing, implementing and evaluating the event.
