BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT provides knowledge of concepts in business process management. This course emphasizes overview operations management and productivity, manufacturing and service operations, plant location strategies, work measurement, inventory management, project management and maintenance, and supply chain and quality management concepts.
