ETHICS IN COMPUTING course provides students with the knowledge of philosophical bases for computer ethics and social issues. This course explains the reliability and safety of computer systems, protecting software and other intellectual property. The course describes privacy and information issues and strategies on the impact and control of computer technology. Upon completion, students should be able to apply professional codes of ethics.
